Best-Practice Default Settings
- Message Type: MMS with product image (preferred); SMS fallback if image not available
- Timing: Immediate when the price drop occurs
Inclusions
- Customer browsed, carted, or wishlisted the product within the last 30 days
- User is identified and opted in
- Product is in stock
Suppressions
- If an order has been placed within the last 7 days
- Do not resend for minor reductions (<10%)
- Quiet hours: 8 PM–8 AM local (messages queued until morning)
Product Logic
- Sends for the specific product the shopper interacted with that has dropped in price
