1. Shipping Confirmation
Example Message

Best-Practice Default Settings
- Message Type: SMS (transactional)
- Timing: When Shopify order status changes to “Shipped”
- Inclusions: All shipped orders with tracking number
- Suppressions: None (always send)
- Product Logic: Include tracking link, carrier name if available
- Frequency Controls: 1 per shipment (if order is split into multiple shipments, each sends)
